For your convenience, you may book your own 1 (one) hour appointment on-line.

You will be required to make an initial payment of $125 - the final cost to you will depend upon your insurance coverage. If you are covered by insurance, the amount received from the insurance company will be refunded to you as soon as their payment is received.

After booking and confirming your appointment choice you will be redirected to the Authorize.Net website where you will be able to make your payment, via a Credit/Debit Card. Note that Dr Sara does not directly accept Credit Cards for processing.
